This website is operated by The American Craftsman LLC. Throughout the site, “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to The American Craftsman LLC. By visiting the site or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms of Service and the policies linked on this website.

2. Online store use

You may use this store only for lawful purposes. You must provide accurate and complete billing, contact, personalization, and shipping information. You are responsible for maintaining the security of any customer account you create.

3. Products and handcrafted variations

We make reasonable efforts to display products, colors, materials, dimensions, and finishes accurately. Because many items are handcrafted from natural wood, grain, color, knots, and other natural characteristics will vary. Screen settings can also affect color appearance. These normal variations are not defects.

4. Personalized items and proofs

Customers are responsible for reviewing names, dates, spelling, artwork, and other personalization details before submitting an order or approving a proof. Production may begin after proof approval. Changes requested after production begins may require an additional charge and may not be possible.

5. Orders, pricing, and payment

Prices and product availability may change without notice. Applicable taxes and shipping charges are shown at checkout. We may decline or cancel an order because of pricing errors, suspected fraud, unavailable materials, production limitations, or other reasonable business concerns. If we cancel a paid order, the applicable payment will be refunded.

6. Shipping and delivery

Processing times, shipping charges, tracking, delays, and damage procedures are described in our Shipping Policy. Delivery dates are estimates and can be affected by carrier delays, weather, and events outside our reasonable control.

7. Returns and refunds

Returns, custom-product exclusions, damaged items, and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

8. Intellectual property and customer-provided artwork

Unless otherwise stated, the website content, original designs, photographs, graphics, branding, and written material belong to The American Craftsman LLC or their respective licensors. Customers who provide names, logos, crests, artwork, or other materials represent that they have permission to use them for the requested product. Unit, team, venue, or government-related work does not imply endorsement by the referenced organization.

9. Third-party services

Our store is hosted by Shopify and may use third-party payment, shipping, analytics, and social-media services. Those providers may process information under their own terms and privacy policies. Links to third-party websites are provided for convenience, and we are not responsible for their content or practices.
